I would like to give a shoutout to my contractor. They killed it. Attention to detail was fabulous, communication with us and subs was fantastic, they worked with a sense of urgency to beat our schedule, and they went above and beyond to help us put together equipment. Their price was very reasonable and they did not send change orders unless necessary.

If you know of anyone looking please recommend them to provide a proposal.

As a property manager, I've used JSCS Inc. for many years with good result. I have seen him complete several jobs and complex TIs on budget and on time. I really like his careful planning/forethought, his "fair shake" attitude, and his ability to get the job/permit finaled on time, looking great. I dislike writing testimonials but I don't feel that way with Jeff. Like any other good contractor he gets busy sometimes and may not be able to fit into the schedule but if he can, he is a great candidate for my next job.

I have known Jeff Smith for many years and have used him on several jobs. He has a keep eye for details, accurate pricing and exceptionally good work. We used Jeff and his crew to finish up a remodel and they did a masterful job. Jeff's crew did everything from drywall, texture, trim, hanging interior doors, installing knobs, pulls and door lock hardware. Jeff and his crew are clean, courteous and accurate. Even though the house was vacant during the remodel they cleaned up the job site every day to keep dust and dirt to a minimum.

Jeff's pricing was more than fair and a great value for the work that they did. I can highly recommend JSCS Inc. for any commercial, or multi-family job.

We needed a fireplace removed from our master bedroom, and a wall patched. Jeff and his crew were professional, covered everything and worked quickly.

Estimate was spot on, and job was completed in 3 days (to account for drywall patch/mud drying/texture applied.

I would highly recommend Jeff Smith and his crew!

I have known Jeff Smith for the past 7 years and was one of the principal individuals who helped build out our beautiful restaurant. My Thai Kitchen in Roseville, CA. He just recently did some tenant improvements as well and I can highly recommend him to anyone wishing to do a commercial project. Clearly he is hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right and to your satisfaction. He brings with him a deep background in understanding the execution of a project from planning to permits to subcontractors. He just brings it all to helping you fulfil your dream. On top of all that he is really nice man and easy to access and communicate with. I found him to be an excellent problem solver and have never seen him behind or lost in the situation. For anyone who has ever done a TI project, you really treasure having a guy like this on your side. Projects can be incredibly frustrating yet he always managed to put a positive spin on events and his deft skills and ability would outstandingly prevail. I will always use Jeff Smith for all my projects in the future and he has my highest endorsement.
