Chief Executive Officer
Jeff’s construction journey began early, framing houses with his uncles during summer breaks in middle school. He worked his way through UC Davis as a cement finisher before earning his contractor’s license in 1991. With decades of hands-on experience, Jeff is known for his attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to service excellence, earning repeat business across the commercial sector.
Steve Smith
General Superindentent
With over 30 years of construction experience and 30-hour OSHA certification, Steve has successfully overseen projects ranging from multi-story hotels and grocery remodels to restaurants, bakeries, and office buildings throughout Sacramento. His precision, leadership, and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset to our team and clients.
Angela Wilder
Corporate Secretary / Office Manager
Angela is the backbone of our operations, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and administrative support. With a background in business and accounting, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She’s even been known to step in for permitting and project coordination when needed!
Cole Smith
Painter & Finishing Technician
Cole has been working alongside his father, Jeff, since high school, developing a keen eye for detailed finishes and high-quality craftsmanship. After earning an associate degree in Mechatronics from Sierra College, he continues to be a vital part of our team. When he’s not on the job, Cole enjoys history, archery, and gaming.
Jesse Smith
Project Estimator
Jesse’s career journey has come full circle, from working in the family business to earning a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and gaining experience in sales and customer service. Now back with JSCS Inc., he plays a key role in field estimates, project management, billing, and client relations. In his free time, he enjoys music production, camping, motorcycles, and outdoor sports.
